I am a legal and business advisor working at the intersection of creativity and commerce. With 15 years of experience across global law firms, media companies, and tech startups, I support creators and innovators as they navigate growth, collaboration, and the protection of their work — without compromising its creative integrity.
In my most recent role as General Counsel at The Business of Fashion, I built and led the legal function across the UK, US, and China, guiding the company through key moments of expansion and organisational change. I also co-founded Belong, BoF’s diversity, inclusion, community, and equity council.
Today, I work with a range of clients — from independent artists and designers to global brands and creative studios — advising on legal, strategic, and operational matters that support creative work in all its forms. I sit on the Editorial Board of Acne Paper and am also the founder of baobae, an experiential ice cream business.
I know that a traditional legal approach doesn’t always serve creative work. My aim is to offer structure that supports rather than stifles — so you can focus on what you do best: creating, innovating, and bringing ideas to life.
